Yes Response has just completed a large and complex data inputting project for one of our agricultural clients. This complex project involved management of the receipt of questionnaires completed by farmers and growers via multiple channels; inbound freepost envelopes, fax, and email.
We received and data inputted over 1,500 records, which are time sensitive and take an average of 15 minutes each to data capture. The vital and complex information gathered through this project gave our client an insight into customers’ current and future buying intentions for their products and services.
Yes Response appointed an internal ‘gatekeeper’ to monitor responses and contact the customer in cases of missing information to verify and qualify data. We were also tasked with despatching a small thank you gift to those customers who opted to complete the data capture online.
In the completion of this project we found that inbound postal replies proved to be the preferred method of participation, closely followed by online form submission and then fax. This really demonstrates the importance of giving your customers multi-channel options for participating in such feedback tasks to maximise response and gain important data to inform your business decisions.
