QR CODE ENABLES FUTURE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

Yes Response have just completed  a health drink free sample product mailing to 2,000 customer prospects. Along with a free bottle of the product, recipients received a product neck collar with a QR code encouraging social media engagement and details of where to buy. The analytics from the download enables future prospective customer engagement.

In September and the first two weeks of October Yes Response have mailed in excess of 0.25 million mail pieces for our clients. Clients recognised the “digital overload” during the last 12 months and the importance of customers and prospective customers receiving physical mail pieces. The mail pieces were of varying formats and content, with all clients benefitting from our postage cost savings and a time sensitive delivery guarantee.

NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH FULFILMENT

For one of our clients who market their drinks to those who attend gyms, Yes Response were tasked with printing and affixing neck collars to 2,500 cartons  for the products launch. We then arranged for the product to be delivered to 25 gyms in London for placing in the changing room lockers. The neck collar had a QR code which enabled the recipients to enter a competition. Yes Response were then tasked with fulfilling 30 competition winners.

NHS SCHOOL IMMUNISATION CONSENT PACK FULFILMENT

Yes Response have been supporting the NHS schools immunisation teams by printing/collating  and distributing a total of 0.1 million  Covid immunisation consent packs on a weekly basis to local hubs to match their programme roll out in the community.

During August and early September as more of our clients were reopening offices and attending exhibitions, events and staff away days. Yes Response have been busy sourcing PPE and Covid test packs  and mailing them out to home addresses in advance for employees and guests.

INCREASING RESPONSE RATES

One of clients had undertaken an ongoing “how are we doing” email to their new customers, they were disappointed with the engagement and response  rates. Yes Response created a cost effective and user friendly postal survey. Immediately the response rate increased by 150%.  A postal communication is user friendly, and genuinely gives an impression that the client is investing in his customers and wants a meaningful engagement; (there is recognition that an email has cost nothing to produce and doesn’t vanish from your screen). The recipient can then engage and complete the survey  at a time to suit, and or easily pass to someone within the organisation who may be more relevant to provide feedback.
