ROYAL MAIL ANNOUNCE MORE PRICE INCEASES FOR POSTAGE STAMPS

The Royal Mail have announced a massive 12% price increase for stamps from 4 April. The Royal Mail blame a 60% reduction in letters mailed since the peak in the mid 2000’s and by 20% since the pandemic along with rising costs.

With hybrid working arrangements for many of our clients employees, Yes Response have been tasked with project managing the bespoke collation of POS packs/ merchandise/freebies and then  labelled by outlet(s) and  the timely despatch  to the relevant  field force for the following weeks installation. This has saved the field force having to make unnecessary journeys to HQ and focus on  business development and  customer relationships.

Yes Response have just completed  a health drink free sample product mailing to 2,000 customer prospects. Along with a free bottle of the product, recipients received a product neck collar with a QR code encouraging social media engagement and details of where to buy. The analytics from the download enables future prospective customer engagement.

In September and the first two weeks of October Yes Response have mailed in excess of 0.25 million mail pieces for our clients. Clients recognised the “digital overload” during the last 12 months and the importance of customers and prospective customers receiving physical mail pieces.
