On Thursday 20^th April the CWU leaders accepted the Royal Mail’s proposed pay offer (ironically lower than a previous offer which was rejected). Hopefully, this brings an end to the 12 months of strikes, which saw 18 days of strike action in the second half of 2022. This is great news for everyone;  enabling businesses to recommit to postal DM campaigns with confidence. Yes Response work closely with our clients and their goods providers to ensure supply chains are robust;  so that stock is readily available to fulfil orders promptly. As part of this, Yes Response can be responsible for labelling (and facilitating on -demand printing of the product labels) and re boxing product on a just in time basis to support seasonal campaigns or promotions. Yes Response have just completed an integrated label printing and affixing solution to support the launch of a health supplements new packaging design; printing and labelling 1000 product tubs in 48 hours and same day fulfilment of product orders.

We had a late afternoon phone call from a client;  an impromptu gift pack distribution to celebrate a significant event success was required! We successfully purchased Prosecco and Hotel Chocolat H boxes, gift wrapped and despatched same day for next day delivery to 115 employees home addresses. Our client thought this couldn’t be achieved in the timescale. The next day 115 employees were extremely happy as was our client contact!
