January has been an extremely busy month at Yes Response, and seems to have gone very quickly. These are just a few of the diverse projects that we have undertaken this month:
- Multi-channel order processing and fulfilment of 1,500 DVDs
- Affixing self adhesive pockets and inserting a leaflet into 7,500 brochures
- Verified and data captured 800 complex customer profiling records
- Data processing, laser printing, collating and mailing 10,500 Housing Association quarterly tenant statements and newsletters
- Collated and mailed a series of product price lists to 475 distributor sales personnel
- Telemarketing and verifying 595 prospective customer records and distributed identified sales leads
- Distributed promotional kits to 272 public houses to support a seasonal campaign
- Mailed a “steam railway” holiday brochure to 3,000 prospective customers
